BuySellItems.com is designed to allow users to post classified ads and/or to view classifieds ads posted by other users or interact with those users. BuySellItems.com allows internet surfers to offer, sell, and buy just about anything, at anytime, from anywhere, in a variety of pricing formats, including a fixed price format and a negotiation-style format commonly referred to as "Asking Price". We do not own or handle any of the goods and services listed on the site. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to pay for items. We cannot ensure that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction.

Acceptance of Terms:

You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions mentioned in this agreement before proceeding to buy or sell at BuySellItems.com. Our terms and conditions are subjected to change at any time without any prior notification or announcement. Your account at BuySellItems.com will automatically be treated according to the amended terms and conditions. So it is advised to you that you must read carefully our terms and conditions periodically to get up to-date with them. If you do not agree with the changes, you must request that your account be closed. Your continued use of our service will signify your acceptance of the updated terms.
BuySellItems.com has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of our service, at any time and at our sole discretion.
We will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Member Terms of Use:
• You as a seller are solely responsible for the content of your ad.
• You agree that your ad will not contain any libelous, fraudulent, defamatory, unlawful or indecent information of any kind.
• You also agree that information contained in your ad does not violate or infringe upon any trademark, copyright or similar rights of others and you agree to abide by the rules for posting ads that follow.
• You agree that your information and the content you post on BuySellItems.com will be true, accurate, and up-to-date.
• You agree that BuySellItems.com shall not be liable for any damages or lost profits arising out of or related to your posting of an ad in the BuySellItems.com classified advertising system.
  It is your responsibility to maintain a valid, working e-mail address, so that your communication at BuySellItems.com services is kept meaningful and you will be updated by the New Classified Ads and new Members of the BuySellItems.com.
• You agree that information, or other material provided in your ad will not contain a virus or other harmful component.
• You agree that you will not alter, damage, or delete any Content, Images posted on the site or other communications that are not your own Content or to otherwise interfere with the ability of others to access the BuySellItems.com. We are not responsible for resolving disputes between parties.
• You also agree to respond to inquiries to your ad in a timely fashion and to immediately delete the ad from our database in the event the content described in the ad is no longer available.
  It is your responsibility to return to BuySellItems.com once your ad has been posted and verify the accuracy of the information in your ad.
• You agree not to use a secondary account or third party to manipulate the outcome of a negotiation with another trader.
  You are responsible for paying all applicable fees, taxes and duties and for all costs you incur as part of the BuySellItems.com service. We may, at our sole discretion, change some or all of our services, our Fees and Payments Policy, and/or the fees for our services. Unless otherwise stated, all monetary values are quoted in U.S. Dollars.

You may not take any actions which may undermine the integrity of the ratings system, such as leaving positive ratings for yourself using a secondary member account or third party, leaving negative ratings for other Members using secondary accounts or third parties, or leaving negative ratings if a Member fails to perform some action that is outside the scope of the transaction. If your Member rating is one star or lower, we may suspend your account, and you will no longer be able to participate in transactions.
General Legal Terms:

Our service is provided "as is." We will try very hard to make your experience with BuySellItems.com a pleasurable one; however, we cannot always foresee technical or other difficulties. These difficulties may result in loss of data or other service interruptions. For this reason, you agree that BuySellItems.com's services are provided "as is." We cannot assume responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, misdelivery, or failure to store any Member data, communications, or personalization settings. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state.

We may immediately issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend, or terminate your membership, any of your current classifieds, and any other information you place on the site if you breach this Agreement or if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us. Without limiting any other remedies, BuySellItems.com may suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with our site.

You shall comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of our service and your negotiations, classified ad, purchase, and sale of items and services.

You and BuySellItems.com are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, is intended or created by this Agreement.

Except as explicitly stated otherwise, BuySellItems.com may provide you with notices via email, regular postal mail, or postings on the BuySellItems.com web site.
